Asus ZenPad Z8 launched

Asus and Verizon have launched the ZenPad Z8 tablet in the US. The new Asus ZenPad Z8 launched and now available for pre-orders via version wireless online and will start shipping on June 23.

Display and Processor-

The Asus ZenPad Z8 has a 7.9-inch IPS display and come with a 2K screen which is 2018×1536 pixels. Asus also claimed that the screen on the ZenPad Z8 will also offer a viewing angle of 178- degree.The ZenPad Z8 is powered by a 1.4 GHz hexacore Snapdragon 650 SoC with a 2GB of RAM. It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based ZenUI which features dual front-facing stereo speakers offering DTS-HD sound.

Price-

It will also come with a two-year contract at $149.99 around RS 10,000. It is priced at $249.99 around RS 16,800 without contact.

Storage-

It has 16GB inbuilt storage and will also offer expandable storage. The expandable storage can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

Camera-

The tablets have an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and also houses a 2-megapixel front camera which is capable of clicking good selfies.

Battery-

The tablet is backed by a 4680 mAh battery and can work for half day or the full day too.

Connectivity-

It also comes with 4G connectivity option via SIM. The other connectivity options are wi-fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GLONASS and the tablet also comes with a USB type-C port.
