Microsoft Surface Book and Pro Update: Microsoft surface, a series of Windows-based personal computing devices designed and developed by Microsoft had created problems to its users in its lifetime. The firm has updated its software many times promising the resolution of errors but failed to solve all of them. But now, the company has upgraded its ninth firmware for Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book saying that the firm will resolve the issues.

Back in February, the Corporate Vice-President of Microsoft Surface, Panos Panay promised to fix the issues. He introduced the up gradation of the product and claimed that the blunders will not happen now. But, the tables turned back and what was not expected was happening as the users became more infuriated. The gadget has let down the owners in resolving the sleep problems which was the critical matter. Even after installing the update, a display was not reinitializing correctly after the device resumes from sleep or hibernation.

Now in April, the company advances its two major products i.e. Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book. Surface Book includes a new Intel HD Graphics 520 driver and assures to resolve the screen flickering issues and power management issues when the device is in sleep mode. Along with it, there are many problems which should be considered such as Windows Hello, Windows Store, battery exhaustion and much more and has reassured the users that the problems will be fixed up.

The windows hello authentication feature will be improved by the up gradation of Surface Camera Driver and Surface Camera Windows Driver. The gamers will experience a better performance on the Surface Book because of the Nvidia’s GeForce GPU. And lastly, the updates for Surface Dock should improve stability and compatibility with external monitors and passive video adapters. The Surface Pro4 is expected to improve signal strength with some GHz access points.

Finally, updates to the two outstanding products should be invincible and hope to capture the meaningful share of the market. Because of the updates, Surface Pro 4 is compared with the MacBook Pro and iPad Pro.

The Surface Pro 4 is the fourth-generation Surface-series 2-in-1 detachable product.  And the Surface Book is a 2-in-1 PC designed product which is distinguished from other Surface devices primarily by its full-sized, detachable keyboard, which uses a dynamic fulcrum hinge that expands when it is opened. As the difference between both of them is that the Surface Pro device is marketed as tablets whereas the Surface Book is marketed as a laptop.
