Oppo A59 launched
Oppo A59 launched. Oppo has unveiled its new smartphone in China. The Oppo A59 launched. It will be available at the stores starting June 18 via company’s official online store. This smartphone is priced at CNY 1,799 (Approximately RS 18,500). The Chinese company as of now has not revealed any plans for international launch.
Oppo has a metal unibody design. The A59 smartphone will be available in two variants – gold and rose gold. It features a 5.5-inch HD display with 720 x 1280p resolution. It comes with a pixel density of 267ppi. The smartphone weighs around 160 grams.

Processor and Storage-
It is powered by an Octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It works on a Snapdragon hardware. The handset has 32GB of inbuilt storage, and it supports expandable storage via a micro-SD card up to 128 GB.
The smartphone has a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and phase detection autofocus (PDAF). Whereas, the front-facing camera is of 5-megapixel. It can record video at around 1080p resolution.
Oppo A59 is powered by 3075 mAh battery. The battery is non-removable.
There are various connectivity options in this smartphone like Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, 4G,3G, USB. Oppo also confirms that the smartphone is compatible with Indian LTE bands. The smartphone has a fingerprint scanner which is embedded on the home button. Oppo claims that fingerprint scanner unlocks the phone in 0.22 seconds. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer, and Gyroscope. Oppo has headphone jack of about 3.5mm. It also has dual speakers on the bottom panel alongside the charging slot. It has dual SIM facility.
The phone will soon be launched and will be on sale in the stores. More specific details will be known after the launch of this smartphone.
